!!!Note: the hotel rooms are only held until this Wednesday, the 25th and then they are released. We had dibs on the newly renovated rooms at the hotel (Ramada-Flemington, NJ) -- after Wednesday it is pot luck!!!
Our HOTEL will be the Ramada Inn of Flemington, NJ, 250 Route 202 and 31, Flemington, NJ 08822, 908-782-7472. Note that we will be meeting at the Rutgers Snyder Research and Extension Farm, about a 15 minute ride from the hotel. Transportation between the hotel and meeting site will be provided.
I have blocked rooms for Friday night November 3 through Wednesday November 8th as needed. PLEASE CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATION -- 908-782-7472. Use the group name Rutgers/Win Cowgill. The room rate is $80 per night with 15% tax for the real price of $92.
The rooms are recently renovated with free wireless, complimentary Continental Breakfast, workout room. Suites are available, and much more.
